The Company

Farfetch, a global community of 300 fashion boutiques, offers an inspirational shopping experience to its fashion forward clients.
They are located everywhere from Paris, New York and Milan to Bucharest, Riyadh and Seattle, but united in one e-commerce website.
Farfetch showcase over a 1000 fashion labels, each with their own unique style and vision.

The Challenge

Farfetch wanted to produce an attention grabbing and cutting edge video marketing product to send to their boutiques and various influential heads of fashion across the industry, including magazine Editor in Chiefs, Style Directors, Stylists and Fashion Bloggers.
The video content was to include an insightful overview of Farfetch, the companies mission statement and interesting company statistics as to the features and benefits of the company.
Farfetch wanted an engaging and innovative direct mail piece that would impress and entice the recipients to watch the video and follow the specific call-to-actions included within the campaign.

The Solution

The VideoPak team worked closely with Farfetch Marketing and PR Team to design and produce the perfect VideoPak solution. The result was a sleek and stylish custom designed hard cover VideoPak made out of black core-board with white print and a LCD 2.4″ screen. The video automatically plays when the VideoPak is opened.
Each VideoPak was packaged in a personalised card mailer and mailed directly to the recipients around the world.
